The WP 5000 rowing machine, made of solid beech wood, has a sturdy design and simulates authentic and joint-friendly rowing training thanks to the innovative resistance system, which combines water and directly adjustable magnetic resistance.

You determine the intensity of the training yourself primarily through your pulling strength (fast, intensive pulling to build muscle, slow pulling to build endurance). The amount of water in the extra-large water tank (approx. 57 cm) can be freely regulated. The wear-free, 16-stage magnetic brake system provides even more flexibility. In addition to the water resistance, it offers a direct and simple way to immediately change the resistance by simply turning the outer ring. With a seat height of 30 cm, you can get on and off comfortably. The 95 cm long rowing rail, the comfortable seat with ball-bearing rollers and the adjustable footrests with safety straps allow people from 150 cm to 220 cm and up to a maximum body weight of 150 kg to train smoothly and safely.

The advanced LED Smart Control computer records all relevant training data, including time for 500 m, speed, training time, distance, calorie consumption, pulse rate, total and per minute rowing strokes and the level of magnetic resistance. The computer shows the training intensity with an LED color ring: resistance levels 1-4 blue, 5-8 green, 9-12 orange and 13-16 red. This means that the user is always informed about the current training intensity. The display ensures excellent readability of the data in any lighting situation, and the tablet holder offers a safe place for your smartphone or tablet.

The innovative, ball-bearing rail system, combined with quick-release fasteners, allows the rowing machine to be pushed together quickly and easily for space-saving, vertical storage with a height of only approx. 140 cm. Pushing the machine together also locks the seat in place so that it retains its position even when in a vertical position. The three transport rollers - one of which can be rotated 360° - enable the machine to be easily moved when in a vertical position - so the rowing machine can fit in almost any living space.

The WP 5000 also has Bluetooth connectivity in accordance with the current 4.0 standard, which you can use to connect the heart rate monitor available from Christopeit-Sport. The device is also compatible with the Kinomap app. This makes it possible to train in an entertaining way and save training data using Android or iOS devices. After the free trial period, the Kinomap app can be purchased for a fee.
