Tom Ford launched Black Orchid by Tom Ford in 2006 as an amber floral fragrance for women. Is a rich blend with spices that give off distinct sophisticated character to the fragrance. 

Black Orchid by Tom Ford opens up with rich spices and floral bouquet of gardenia, ylang-ylang, jasmine with sweet sparkling fruity accords of blackcurrant, bergamot, mandarin orange and lemon. It then moves onto a blend of spices, with white floral bouquet of orchids, gardenia, ylang-ylang, jasmine and lotus. It then finishes the fragrance with dark alluring accords of chocolate, patchouli, incense, amber, vetiver, amber and soft vanilla. The notes behind the fragrance were created by David Appel and Pierre Negrin.


Top notes: Truffle, gardenia, blackcurrant, ylang-ylang, jasmine, bergamot, mandarin orange and Amalfi lemon.
Heart notes: Orchid, spices, gardenia, fruity notes, ylang-ylang, jasmine and lotus.
Base notes: Mexican chocolate, patchouli, vanilla, incense, amber, sandalwood, vetiver and white musk.


How to Apply:

• Apply it to your body warmest points, such as crease of your elbows and wrists that intensifies longevity of the fragrance.
• Avoid rubbing after application as this will reduce the longevity of the fragrance.
• For wrist application, apply the fragrance after hand washing.
